About our messages

Oak Homes LLC ("Oak Homes") sends text messages about property inquiries, showing scheduling, and questions about owner-financing terms. Messages come from (217) 269-0003.

How you opt in

You consent to receive text messages from Oak Homes by checking the text-message consent box on our contact form before you submit it. That box is unchecked by default and is never required to send us a message. You can also opt in by texting us START, YES, INFO, or HOMES, by giving us your phone number when you call or speak with us in person, or by providing your phone number when you contact us about a home.

The consent text shown next to that checkbox reads: "By clicking here you consent to receive sms customer care and account notification messages from Oak Homes. Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply Help for help." followed by a link to our Privacy Policy and a link to this page.
